Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: Up to $17 per hour
• Schedule: Various (days, nights, weekends)

We are a large, busy practice with multiple DVMs on staff at a given time. We have extended hours, being open 7 days a week. We are a full-service veterinary hospital. We provide grooming, boarding, surgery, acupuncture, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and many more.
We are hiring for a part-time receptionist. This person needs to be highly motivated and someone who works well with others. We are looking for a team player.

You must be able to multitask. Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus. We hire friendly, smiling faces who will treat our clients like family. A flexible schedule is a requirement. We are open 7 days a week, 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must be able to work any of these days. We have several shifts available, but your schedule will be a mix.

The only experience necessary is in customer service.

Duties include:

• Greet clients and patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients about services, policies, and basic care information
• Support daily clinic operations through organization, coordination, and front desk upkeep
