Sophia Kim, DVM

Dr. Sophia Kim was born in South Korea and grew up in Winnipeg, Canada, eventually graduating from the University of Toronto with an honours Bachelor of Science in Animal physiology and Biology with high distinction. She then graduated from the Royal Veterinary College at the University of London with honours for her veterinary medicine degree. Dr. Kim’s special interests include surgery, ophthalmology, and neurology. 

Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys traveling, playing sports, painting, music, and spending time with her friends and family around the world. She has always been an animal lover and has 2 childhood dogs named Max and Boomer. She is also fluent in Korean and English.
